The task
The product is tech-heavy, and the main task was to explain what it does without overloading the interface with technical details. Beyond the visuals, the user journey itself had to be worked out.
What was done
- React Native app and Next.js web
- Claude pipeline → voice cloning → TTS
- Cold start −45%, crashes −28%
The result
App cold start became 45% faster and crashes dropped by 28%. According to the client, the product became much clearer from the very first screens.
